Responsibilities - Sales
- Generate leads
- Build, develop and maintain relations with existing and new customers
- Understand the customer requirement and provide solutions accordingly
- Determine and negotiate prices and contracts with customers
- Collect, maintain and update data on the customer
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets
- Do regular competitor analysis and keep updated information on the market
- Co-ordinating sales efforts with other departments
- Follow industry best practices for sales and promotions
- Create relevant sales and other reports
Requirements
- Excellent communications skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales - Preference will be given to people with background in pharmaceutical sales
- Educational Degree - ANY Graduate degree
Compensation - Fixed - Best in industry +
- Variable - best in industry incentive structure.
